These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HuruVPN application and VPN network (the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

HuruVPN provides an encrypted VPN connection that routes your internet traffic through our servers to protect your privacy and secure your connection, especially on untrusted networks. We offer a free tier and a paid Premium tier.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. Acceptable use

HuruVPN is intended for lawful privacy and secure connectivity. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
• Distribute malware, launch attacks, send spam, or attempt to breach any system.
• Engage in hacking, credential theft, fraud, or unauthorized access.
• Transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or that violates intellectual-property rights.
• Resell, abuse, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates this section or harms the Service or other users.

4. Free tier

The free tier provides core VPN protection at no cost and is supported by advertising: connecting may require watching a short rewarded ad, sessions are time-limited (you can extend them by watching another ad), and banner, interstitial and app-open ads may be shown. Free-tier speed may be capped during busy periods and some server locations are reserved for Pro. Availability of free servers and features may change over time.

5. HuruVPN Pro subscriptions (Google Play)

HuruVPN Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought inside the app through Google Play (Menu → Upgrade to Pro). Pro removes the rewarded ad before connecting, the session timer, and full-screen ads (a single banner may remain), and unlocks Pro-only servers, full speed and up to three devices per account. The exact benefits are listed on the upgrade screen at the time of purchase and may change over time.

• Plans and prices. Monthly and yearly plans are offered. The price shown by Google Play in your local currency at the moment you subscribe is the price you pay; it includes any applicable taxes that Google Play collects.
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, and Google Play charges your Google account, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trials and introductory offers. If a plan is offered with a free trial or an introductory price, you will not be charged until the trial or introductory period ends, at which point the subscription converts to the regular price shown at sign-up unless cancelled before then. Trials are limited to one per Google account.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or from Manage subscription in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds. Pro purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for Play purchases ourselves; if you believe a charge is wrong, request a refund from Google Play or contact [email protected] and we will help.
• Payment problems. If a renewal payment fails, Google Play retries it for a short grace period during which Pro stays active; if payment still fails, the subscription is paused or ended and your account returns to the free tier.
• Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, Google Play will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before the new price applies to an existing subscription.
• One account. A subscription is tied to the Google account that bought it and to the HuruVPN account in the app at the time of purchase. Reinstalling the app or changing phones does not lose it — use Restore purchases on the upgrade screen. The same purchase cannot be used to make two HuruVPN accounts Pro.
• Verification. We verify every purchase with Google before granting Pro and re-check it periodically; a purchase that Google reports as refunded, voided or expired ends Pro access.

6. Premium plans & coupons

Premium can also be unlocked with a coupon code. Coupons are sold by HuruVPN and by authorized resellers, and are entered in the app under Menu → Activate Coupon. Prices are set in UAE Dirham (AED); a local-currency equivalent (e.g. BDT) may be shown for convenience at the exchange rate published in the app.

Each coupon grants a fixed-duration Premium plan that begins when you activate it and expires at the end of that period. Available plans are 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months; each Premium plan is for use on one device.

• Coupons do not auto-renew. When a plan expires, your account returns to the free tier until you activate a new coupon.
• Each coupon is single-use and can be activated by one account only. Keep your code private — anyone who redeems it uses up the value.
• Coupons have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may carry an expiry date before which they must be activated.
• We may void or reverse a coupon activation obtained through fraud, error, chargeback, or resale outside our authorized channels.
• Where Premium is instead purchased through an app store (Google Play / Apple), that purchase is governed by the store's billing and renewal terms.

7. Refunds

All coupon purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once a coupon has been purchased it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash — whether or not it has been activated — except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please make sure you have chosen the correct plan before buying. HuruVPN Pro subscriptions bought through Google Play are instead governed by Section 5 and Google Play's refund policy. 8. No guarantee of availability

We work hard to keep the Service fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Speeds and server availability depend on many factors outside our control, including your network and device.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. A VPN improves privacy but is not a guarantee of anonymity or security against every threat.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuruVPN and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

12. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms. When we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
